Indiana Community Garden and Seedling Project join us on the eve of Hunger Awareness Week

This Friday’s film, Fed-Up focuses on hunger and national food policy. Our Keynote speaker will be local folks who are taking the next step to ensure everyone as a seat at the healthy table. Kay Snyder and Lisa McCann will be joining us before the film to share their experience with The Seedling Project, which distributes seeds, seedlings, and growing materials to low-income residents in the Indiana area.

Hunger Awareness Week continues April 25 – May 1st, and will include a food drive, a poverty simulation, and a screening of the film “A Place at the Table.”. Find more information herehunger awareness week
